I recently got a vps running windows. I want to isntall window eyes on it. however. the first time we ran window eyes remotely, it updated the video drivers, rebooted, and then promptly crashed terminal services which ended up meaning that the vps had to be reinstalled. Is this a fluke, or is there something I should be doing differently. or is remote desktop just overly touchy and breakable and another alternative would be better?

Can't you just run window eyes directly on the computer? Thatr would mean that the computer wouldn't crash so much.

I believe vps = virtual private server? So if he doesn't have local access to it then I guess he couldn't.

Sounds very much like a DCM problem. When window eyes hoked itself in to the video chain it crash the VPS. Make sure you have the most up-to-date video installed.
